Any registered voter in Spotsylvania County that is dedicated to supporting Democratic candidates are eligible for joining SCDC. All that is needed is:
- Submission of membership application
- Payment of $25 membership fee
Monthly meetings are held the third Monday of the month. Location is rotating and will be posted at least one week before the meeting on the home page.
