Nomination Form – SCDC Volunteer of the Month

BE SPECIFIC WITH AS MANY EXAMPLES AS POSSIBLE: EX: JB has volunteered for 5 days of early voting this month. He is upbeat, positive and seeks out voters to engage. He has also participated in canvassing on several Saturdays with some amazing numbers of doors knocked. He is helpful, always pitching in to help. An example is cleaning up after a general meeting at the library. He is always a phone call away when a volunteer is needed. Another example: He took on an assignment to organize a community X event that has been a challenge to fill in the past. He is also a regular attendee at School Board meetings.

BE AS SPECIFIC WITH AS MANY EXAMPLES AS POSSIBLE: EX: JB is the epitome of this award – eager to help, positive, an advocate for SCDC in the community, a role model for all members, active and engaged adding value and knowledge to our committee. He attends meetings regularly and participates in decision making and adds thoughtful feedback for our committee’s growth.
