The SCDC bi-annual reorganization will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 6030 Harrison Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407, on January 10 from 9-11 AM.
To improve organization of documents and and allow us to have an efficient caucus, we ask that all participants submit their forms and payments electronically using the links below.
We understand this may not be the preferred method for all prospective members and we are happy to assist with the submissions. If you would like support, please send an email to scdc.chair@gmail.com and someone will contact you.
Membership Form and Annual Dues Payment
All Spotsylvania voters that wish to become members of SCDC at the Reorganization Caucus on January 10th must submit a new Membership Form and pay the $25 annual membership fee. This should be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on January 8.

Caucus Declaration
All Spotsylvania voters that wish to participate in the Reorganization Caucus on January 10th must submit a signed Caucus Declaration form. This should be submitted no later than January 8.
There is no fee to participate in the caucus and there is no requirement to apply for membership to participate in the caucus.

FOR CLARITY
Presence at the Caucus on January 10 is REQUIRED to VOTE on Membership and Officers but you DO NOT have to be present to be included in the Membership Roster or Nominated for an Officer position.
